Funny happenings at a funny school

Lunch time is serious here. 

And my students think they are hilarious. (Really? The Cardinals?)

And this turkey (from A Turkey for Thanksgiving by Even Bunting) looks like a priest. One of my non-Catholic buddies said, "Hmm. That looks like a priest. He is even holding the Christ cup." (I am not sure where he has heard the term "Christ cup", but nevertheless, what a funny guy.)

We are celebrating grandparent's day today, so I look a bit more dressed up than usual. (I even put eye makeup on. Watch out world.) One little man said, "Miss Rachel. Can I ask you a question? Are your eyelashes longer than usual today?" 

I am thankful for funny and observant students. God is good!
