Here we are--two months into my summer vacation. And I am just now doing an end-of-the-year post. What a blog fail. Apologies all around.
Now that that is behind us...
Here is a little pic to sum up how our year finished off.
Our sweet classroom was buzzing with poetry writing, essay publishing, plant observing, presentation giving, spectacular story reading, and mushy-gushy memory making. Mads gave a presentation on ancient Greece. It was brilliant and inspiring. Check out everyone who was able to witness all of her hard work! Holy smokes!
This quicker-than-quick post certainly cannot adequately describe the end of our school year, but it is just a quick glimpse of how things finished up. The first year of Little Way Elementary sure did end with a bang. And I am still counting--or attempting to count--all of its blessings. Thanks for sharing them with us!
Be on the lookout for the first posts of the 2011-2012 school year! Our class is more than doubling in size (watch out world!) and Noah, Mads, and I are thrilled about sharing our adventures with new friends. How very exciting! Until then, goodbye from the three of us.
(p.s. Just in case you were wondering what things look like when we are hard at work in the classroom :) )
A-dorable.
