Madison came in last week with a cold and Noah shared how he does not want to get sick because then he will not be able to come to school. I pretended to cry and whimper for a moment explaining that I would be quite sad if he didn't come to school. Noah replied by telling me that I was really “wearing him out with all that crying”. We just read Olivia last week—at the end Olivia’s mother says “You really wear me out. But I love you anyway.” How fun is Noah using language from the stories we are reading!
