We continue to dive in (rather joyfully!) to the writing process. Noah has spent several weeks working on personal narratives--what we call "small moment" stories in our writing workshop. We have been investigating to capture small moments in our everyday lives that are worthy of making beautiful stories. We have found that our days are filled with so many beatiful, small moments...if only we stop to notice them!

Our little classroom was blessed by many visitors today as Noah shared one of the pieces that he has been working very hard on. His story--My dad and me in the middle of the night with love--was inspired after his dad came home early from a recent trip to Haiti. Noah was surprised to find Chris in the bathroom when he woke up in the middle of the night! He was so excited to see his dad that he "hugged him and gave him love" :) Noah's family--including mom, dad, and little sibs--were all in attendance for his first Author sharing. We also had some Covecrest missionaries come, too! Noah shared his published work with great joy! Super work Noah!
