Last week we had the opportunity to celebrate a fabulous Advent and St. Francis Xavier day. Noah and Madison know that I am quite fond of my University--and so we had been getting excited for the big day to come. We had the chance to read all about St. Francis Xavier and his great work for the Church. We discussed different religious orders and how St. Francis Xavier started the Society of Jesus with St. Ignatius. I figured the only way to truly understand the beauty of the Jesuit tradition was to teach the X-A-V-IER cheer. Right? Oh well. Either way, it sure made for a fun time at recess.
I'm bummed there is not an accompanying video of them cheering :)
